Site Survey & Scheduling

If your location qualifies, we’ll schedule a site survey. Our technician visits your property to check line-of-sight, signal strength, and equipment placement. This ensures we design the best installation for reliable performance.

Installation

On installation day, our team mounts a small antenna and receiver at your location—usually on a roofline, pole, or exterior wall. This device connects to our nearest tower and is wired into your router inside the home or business.

Activation & Setup

Once connected, we activate your service, test the connection, and make sure all your devices are online. We’ll walk you through how to connect, update Wi-Fi settings, and optimize your network.
